764-3对大鼠肺泡巨噬细胞膜ConA受体的影响

摘　　要：用辣根过氧化物酶-胶体金标记技术(HRP-Gold),观察肺泡巨噬细胞(AM)膜刀豆素球蛋白受体(ConA-R)的变化。结果发现:正常大鼠肺泡巨噬细胞表面胶体金颗粒平均为1.985±0.097个/μm,分布较均匀;博来霉素A_6(BLMA_6)体外激活的AM表面金颗粒为3.909±0.314个/μm,与正常组比较差异显著,P<0.001;预先与764-3培养的AM,其表面金颗粒平均为1.577±0.090个/μm,较单纯BLMA_6组明显降低。提示764-3对BLMA_6激活的AM膜ConA-R表达有一定的抑制作用。The changes of concanavalin A (ConA) receptors on alveolar macrophage (AM) surfaces were observed by means of ConA-horseradish peroxidase gold labelling techniques. The results were as follows: 1) The average gold particle number on normal AM surface swas 1.985±0.097/μm, distributed uniformly; 2) On AM activated by BLMA_6, in vitro, this number had increased to 3.909±0.314/μm, P<0.001 compared with the normal group; 3) On AM preincubated with 764-3, the average gold particle number was 1.577±0.090/μm, significantly lower than that in the BLMA_6 group. All results suggest that 764-3 might partially inhibit the expression of ConA-R on AM activated by BLMA_6.
