重视资料资源数字化建设改善网络信息的利用状况

摘　　要：跨越世纪的信息技术，使成千上万的图书馆和资料室组成输送与汲取网络信息资源的互联体系 .网络系统的信息资源受各种客观条件的制约，现在还处于缺乏学术性选择以及作为资料价值使用的状况，为此需从提高认识入手，并根据信息数字化的要求，采用适当的途径和方法加快对资料资源的数字化建设，从而改善网络信息的利用状况 .The cross century information technology enables thousands of libraries and reference rooms to form inter system that can convey and derive net information. The information source of the net system which is restricted by various conditions is not scientifically selected and lacks valuable document. Therefore, proper ways to quicken the digital construction of material source should be adopted in order to improve the utilization of net information.
