摘　　要：甲灭酸在亚硝酸钠和乙酸作用下迅速亚硝化,再对其 N-亚硝基衍生物用单扫描示波极谱法定量。本法简便灵敏,选择性好。检测限为2×10^(-7)mol/L。A polarographic method for the determination of mefenamicacid(MA)in tablets was developed,which was based on rapid nitrosation of MA withNaNO_2 in acetic acid and subsequent measurement of the N-nitroso derivative ofMA by linear-sweep polarography.The method is simple,sensitive and specific.Detection limit is 2×10^(-7)mol/L.
