摘  要:测定了依托泊甙复乳的显微结构、粒经分布、渗透压、电学和流变学性质。体外释放试验显示本复乳有快、慢两个释放相,10h 和48h 时释药分别为50%和88%,表明具有缓释作用。用零级(Q-t)和 Higuchi模式(Q-t^(1/2))对复乳的体外释放数据进行拟合,相关系数分别为0.9027、0.9803,表明其体外释放主要以扩散形式进行。Physico-chemical properties of multiple emulsion containingetoposide such as microphotographic structure,partical size,osmotic pressure,electric charge and rheological property were determined.There were fast phase and slow phase in the release process of this emulsion.The drug was released 50% in 10h,and 88% in 48h in vitro.The percentage ofdrug released was plotted against the t(time),or t^(1/2),their correlation coeffic-ients were 0.9027 and 0.9803 respectively.The results showed that the drug inthe emulsion was mainly delivered by diffusion way.
