摘　　要：采用加速试验法测试雌二醇控释贴片的稳定性,并作室温留样观察。结果表明,加速试验前后样品的外观不变,药物含量及粘着强度稳定,薄层色谱未见分解产物;室温留样1年,各项指标均符合质量标准。推测样品室温贮存有效期可达2年。The stability of estradiol transdermal delivery patch(E_2-TDS)was investigated at room temperature and with acceleration test. The results indicate■ that there had no change in appearance, drug content, adhesive strength and degradation products by TLC after acceleration test. The samples have been observed for 1 year at room temperature, all indexes conformed with the controlled standards. It suggests the shelf life of E_2-TDS might be longer than ■years.
