甲氨蝶呤多层乳剂的理化性质和稳定性研究

摘　　要：制备了甲氨蝶呤多层乳剂并测定其显微结构、电学性质、粒度分布、流变学性质、药物包裹率和体外释药情况。经冰箱、室温或37℃烘箱存放3个月后,其形态结构不变。药物的渗漏率,经室温贮存1月、2月、3月,分别为32.0％、43.24％和54.88％;经37℃放置7d、14d、23d,分别为6.9％、31.04％和28.68％;经冰箱放置2个月为33.44％。The methotrexate-loaded(s/o/w)multiple emulsion (ME) was prepared, and its physico-chemical characteristics such as microscopic structure,electrical charge, particle size distribution, rheological behaviour, yield of the ME, percent entrapment, in vitro release etc. were determined. The microscopic structure of the s/o/w ME was maintained after storage at room temperature or 37℃ or in ice box for 3 monthes. The leakages were 33.44% after storage in ice box for 2 monthes; 32.0%, 43.24% and 54.88% respectively after 1,2 and 3 monthes at r. t.; and 6.90%, 31.04% and 28.68% after 7,14 and 23 days at 37℃.
