对脾虚泄泻患者胃动素及前列腺素的初探

摘　　要：本实验用放射免疫分析法测定了25例脾虚泄泻患者之血浆、十二指肠降段的胃动素(MOT),同时还测定了降结肠、直肠的前列腺素(PGE_2)的含量。发现MOT含量(379.1±63.87ng/g湿重)低于对照组(748.8±28.01ng/g湿重)和非脾虚泄泻组(1288.5±54.11ng/g湿重);PGE_2的含量(降结肠506.7±100.5和直肠2514.4±322.1ng/g湿重)高于对照组(降结肠253.8±73.1和直肠421.9±80.3ng/g湿重)和非脾虚泄泻组(降结肠364.5±83.5和直肠1227.6±402.2ng/g湿重)(p<0.01)。提示脾虚患者MOT和PGE_2含量的异常可能是脾虚失健运的实质之一。By means of radioimmunoassay, the motilin concentration in plasma and descending part of duodenum mucosa and the PGE_2 concentration in descending colon and rectum mucosa of 25 cases of spleen-asthenia with chronic diarrhea were determinated respectively. Results: ①The concentration of motilin of spleenasthenia (379.1±63.87ng/g wet weight) was significantly decreased to the control group (748.8±28.01ng/g wet weight) and non-spleen-asthenia with chronic diarrhea group (1288. 5±54.11ng/g wet weight); ②The PGE_2 concentration (descending colon 506.7±100.5 and rectum 2514.4±322.1ng/g wet weight) was increased to the controls (descending colon 253.8±73.1 and rectum 421.9±80.3ng/g wet weight) and non-spleen-asthenia (descending colon 364.5±83.5 and rectum 1227.6±402.2ng/g wet weight) (p<0.01). These results suggested that the abnormal concentration of motilin and PGE_2 in patients with spleen-asthenia might be one of essences of that deficency of spleen could not function its transportation and transformation.
