肾炎益气液对慢性肾炎病人血肌酐及其倒数的影响  

The Influence of Shen Yan Yi Qi Decoction upon the Serum Creatinine and Its Inverted Number of the Patients with Chronic Nephritis

摘　　要：延缓慢性肾炎病人的肾功能减低,是提高慢性肾炎临床疗效的关键。笔者运用具有益气固肾作用的肾炎益气液治疗慢性肾炎病人共81例,观察药物对病人的血肌酐(Scr),肌酐清除率(Ccr),及血肌酐倒数(1/Scr)的变化。结果发现,肾炎益气液可以显著地提高慢性肾炎病人的Ccr,降低Scr,提示该药物可以提高肾小球滤过率,使肾功能有所改善。通过观察部份长期服药病人的1/Scr变化,发现在慢性肾炎早期,肾功能代偿阶段,较常时间地服用肾炎益气液,可以使肾小球滤过率下降的情况有所逆转,使血肌酐逐步下降,并在一定时期内,保持这种趋势。Retarding the decreasing progress of the renal function is the key of increasing the clinical curative effect in treatment of chronic nephritis. The author reported 81 cases of chronic nephritis treated with Shen Yah Yi Qi Decoction(SYYQD)which has the effect of supplementing qi to reinforce the kidney. The changes of serum creatinine (Scr), creatinine clearance rate (Ccr) and the inverted number of serum creatinine (I/Scr) were observed during the treatment. As a result, SYYQD could increase Ccr and decrease Scr notably, which suggested that this medicine could increase the glomerular filtration rate improve the renal function. By means of observing the change of I/Scr of partial patients who took the medicine for a long time, it was found that SYYQD could reverse the condition of decreased glomerular filtration rate in certain degree and decrease Scr gradually when the renal function was in compensatory stage for early chronic nephritis. During a certain period this tendency could be keeped.
