益气养阴、活血化瘀法治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎的临床研究

摘　　要：本文以益气养阴、活血化瘀法为主治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎275例,痊愈率为42.55%,总有效率为94.91%,均明显高于西药对照组(p<0.01)。在消除患儿乏力、心悸、胸闷诸症,改善心电图、恢复超声心动图象等方面,中药组也均优于西药组(p<0.01或0.05)。275 cases of child viral myocarditis were treated by the principle of nourishing Qi and Yin and promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis. The cure rate was 42.55%, the total effective rate was 94.91%, which were higher than that in the control group (P<0.01). Herbal group was superior to the control group in removing fatigue, palpitation ,stuffiness sensation in the chest,improving ECG and restoring ultrasonic cardiogram etc..
