男女不孕症的诊断与中医治疗

摘　　要：本研究系对男女不孕症诊断与中医治疗的系列综合性研究。男性不育的诊断内容包括对精液的新型检测手段、免疫学检查和睾丸病理检查;女性不孕的诊断,重点为B型超声影像学的检查。男性不育的中医治疗,对于精子数量少、成活率低、活动力差而中医辨证符合肾阳虚的病人,用生精汤治疗168例,总有效率达94.6%,女方妊娠率为31.3%;精液不液化而中医辨证符合肾阴虚的病人,用液化汤治疗106例,总有效率为90.6%,女方妊娠率为34%。女性不孕症的中医治疗,石英毓麟汤治疗排卵功能障碍性不孕症总有效率为92.1%,妊娠率达65.6%;通管汤治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症总有效率为89.8%,痊愈率为85.2%,妊娠率为20.4%。动物试验证实这些方剂无毒、副及致畸作用。This is a serial and comprehensive study on the diagnosis and TCM's treatment on male and female sterility. The diagnostic methods for male sterility include a new inspection means on sperm, immunologic test and testicular pathologic test. The diagnosis for female sterility is mainly based on the 'B'—ultrasonic imaginal test. By applying Shengjing Decoction to treat 168 cases of male sterility, who suffered from less quantity, low survival rate and bad mobility of sperm, but accorded to the syndrome of kidney-yang deficiency on TCM syndrome differentiation, the total effective rate is 94.6% and the female pregnant rate is 31.3%. By applying Yehua Decoction to treat 106 male cases, who suffered from non-liquefaction of sperm but accorded with the syndrome of kidney-yin deficiency, the total effective rate is 90.6% and the female pregnant rate is 34%. By applying Shiying Yulin Decoction to treat female sterility, who suffered from the ovulatory dysfunction, the total effective rate is 92.1% and the pregnant rate is 65.6%. By applying Tongguan Decoction to treat female sterility, who suffered from tubal obstruction, the total effective rate is 89.8%, the cure rate is 85.2% and the pregnant rate is 20.4%. Animal examinations prove that these prescriptions have no toxic, side and teratogenic effect.
