摘　　要：齐齐哈尔市第一医院1991年9月通过黑龙江省医院评审委员会专家组评审,12月经省卫生厅党组批准,成为我省第一批三级甲等医院之一。如何做好医院评审后的巩固提高工作,是摆在我们面前的新课题。我们感到,医院分级管理再上新台阶的关键是解放思想、更新观念、深化改革。The article outlines reform practices of this hospital in humanresources management, adoption of diverse ownership and opera-tions, distribution system, multiple channels to collect funds, lateralco-operation, two-level accounting, improvement of medical moralityand work-style. In the field of quality administration, active effortsare continued to enhance the quality consciousness in the wholestaff, perfect the responsible organization, and amplify necessarymeasures.
