摘　　要：一、改革开放搞活与加强科学管理紧密地结合,把医疗改革引向深入1993年,全国的医疗改革十分活跃。在党的十四大关于“加快改革开放,集中精力把国民经济建设搞上去”的精神指导下,按照卫生部92(34)The speech expounds the following six suggestions. 1. Deepenhealth service reform through combining the reform, opening, invi-gorating, and strengthened scientific management into a coordinateddrive. 2. By correctly applying market mechanism in the light of thenational conditions, build up the new system of health service havingChinese characteristics and suited to socialist market economy. 3.Make unremitting efforts to see that the quality of medical treatmentis taken as the fundamental objective of health service reform. 4.Take vigorous measures to build medical morality and work-stylewell and to keep up the fine images of medical personnel. 5.Unswervingly implement hospital stratified management. 6. Persis-tently consolidate and improve primary health care.
