尿中锗的测定及口服Ge—132尿药的药物动力学

摘　　要：本文用胶束增溶苯基荧光酮分光光度法测定了尿中锗,研究了成人口服Ge-132后尿药的药动学。测尿中锗的平均回收率为98.1～104.3%,不同浓度测定结果的日内和日间变异系数均小于5%,检出限为0.012μg/ml。主要药动学参数(?)K_a0.451h^(-1)、K0.292h^(-1)、t_(max)2.73h。Determination of germanium with spectrophotometry of phenylfluorones in urine and studies on pharmacokinetics of Ge-132 in body were reported.The content of germanium in the normal urine was 0.078±0.024μg/ml.The average recovery ofgermanium added to urine was in the range of 98.1～104.3%.The relative standard deviations were less than 5%.The mainpharmaeokinetic parameter was ka 0.451,K0.292,t_(max)2.73.
