氟哌酸滴眼液稳定性的研究

摘　　要：本文采用紫外分光光度法测定氟哌酸及其滴眼液的含量,操作方法简便、快速。同时用初均速法对其稳定性进行了初步研究,结果表明本品稳定性较好,室温(25℃)t_(0.9)=3.5a,E=20.833kcal·mol^(-1)。The UV spectrophotometry has been used for determining norfloxacin and its eye drops.The procedure was simple andrapid.The stability of norfloxacin eye drops was studied primarily using the initial average rate method.Results of the studyshowed that the stability of norfloxacin was better,the shelflife of norfloxacin at 25℃ was 3.5 year;the activation energy ob-tained was 20.833 Kcal.mol^(-1)。
