石黄抗菌片中黄芩甙的含量测定

摘　　要：本文报道用薄层—紫外分光光度法测定石黄抗菌片中黄苓甙含量的方法。以乙酸乙酯:95%乙醇(3∶2)和乙酸乙酯∶甲醇∶甲酸(10∶1∶1)为分级展开的溶剂系统,展开聚酰胺—66薄膜上的样品,使黄苓甙与其他成分明显分离,然后测定其含量。该法平均回收率为97.1%,变异系数为1.5%。A method of determination of baicalin in shihuang antibiotic teblets by TLC—UV spectrophotometry was reported in lagerwith ethyl acetate—95% ethanol(3:2)and ethyl acetalte—methanol—methanoic acid(10:1:1)as the solvent systemsof step wise develepment.The baicalin and other compounds were distinctly separated and then determined.The average recov-ery was 97.1%(RSD1.5%)
