摘  要:本研究观察了腺苷在低氧适应家兔脑血流(CBF)调节中的作用。结果表明:缺氧时适应组CBF改变不明显,对照组CBF明显增加;缺氧时适应组脑腺苷的含量明显低于对照组,而脑腺苷酸的含量明显高于对照组;适应组脑微血管对腺苷的反应与对照组相近。提示缺氧时低氧适应家兔CBF改变不明显,同低氧适应后脑腺苷含量较低、腺苷酸含量较高有关。Experiments were carried out to evaluate the role of adenosine in regulation of cerebral blood flow (CBF) in rabbits adapted to hypoxia. The results showed that during acute hypoxia, CBF changed insignificantly in rabbits adapted to hypoxia, but increased significantly in unadapted control group. Level of adenosine was significantly lower and concentration of adenylic acid was significantly higher in hypoxia-adapted group than in the control group during exposure to hypoxia. When the space under the cranial window was perfused with artificial cerebrospinal fluid containing 0.3 mmol / L adenosine, changes in diameters of cerebral microvessels were similar in the adapted and unadapted groups. These results suggest that the insignificant change of CBF in group adapted to hypoxia may be related to low level of adenosine and high level of energy-rich phosphates in brain rather than to response of cerebral microvessel to hypoxia.
