摘　　要：试验结果表明,多效唑能有效降低株高和秕荚率,增加单株荚数、单株粒数和单株粒重,多效唑能调节植株体内的碳—氮代谢,促进根瘤的形成,增加伤流量,提高伤流液中细胞分裂素的效价。The physiological effects of PP333 on soybean was studied.The results indicated that the plant height and the shrivelled pod percent were reduced effectively whereas the number of pods and grains,the weight of grains per plant were increased.In addition to,PP333 could regualte the C-N metabolism of soybean plant and enhance the root-noluce formation and increase the quantity of phloem exudate with the effective valence of cytokinins.
