摘　　要：针对圆网纸板机网槽存在的致命弱点,为了解决纸板纵横物理强度差别,结合弧形板式网槽和顺流式网槽的优点,设计了一种新式网槽——扩缩导流栅片弧形板式网槽,应用后,取得了良好的效益。其设计方案分五个部分:(1)进浆方式与流箱;(2)扩缩导流栅片弧形板;(3)导流栅片的制作与安装;(4)生产过程中的工艺控制;(5)扩缩导流栅片弧形板式网槽的应用。In order to improve the MD/CD ratio of tensile strength of paper board, combining the advantages of the vat with adjustable curved board and the sequent-flow vat,a new vat with expansion-contraction diversion rail bow has been developed. The following parts concerning its design and application are discussed in the article; 1. Pulp distribution and head box; 2. The expansion and contraction diversion rail curved board; 3. Manufacture and installation of diversion rail; 4. Technology for paper board production; 5. Application of the vat with expansion and contraction diversion rail bow.
