烟秆原料特性及其制浆性能的初步研究

摘　　要：本文研究了烟秆原料的纤维形态、化学组成和木素特性。采用硫酸盐、烧碱-蒽醌和半碱性亚钠-蒽醌(SAS-AQ)等方法蒸煮烟秆,重点研究烟秆SAS-AQ蒸煮的工艺条件,并讨论烟秆浆的瀑白性能。结果表明SAS-AQ法较适于生产烟秆漂白浆。Fiber morphology, chemical composition and lignin characteristics of the tobacco stems studied were presented. Pulping experiment results indicated that SAS-AQ process is the most suitable process for bleached grade pulp of tobacco stem compared with other process. Pulping conditions of SAS-AQ process were investigated in detail and bleaching characteristics of the pulp was discussed.
