摘 要:血清瓶批量试验初步研究了含有不同浓度硫酸盐及不同有机酸的有机废水在厌氧消化过程中,产甲烷和硫酸盐还原之间的关系。结果表明,以乙酸盐为基质,培养早期,较高浓度硫酸盐对产甲炕有些抑制现象,但至发酵盛期抑制现象逐渐消除,从10—40mmol/L硫酸盐处理的产甲烷量均接近或略高于对照。以乙酸盐为基质的硫酸盐还原强度很低,各浓度硫酸盐处理的S^-的生成量仅略高于对照,乙酸氧化释放的电子90%以上用于产生甲烷,3—10%的电子用于硫酸盐还原. 以丙酸盐为基质,存在硫酸盐(10~40mmol/L)均加速丙酸的氧化分解,促进甲炕的产生和SO_4^-的还原。产甲烷和硫酸盐还原各利用基质50%左右的电子流。乳酸盐为基质迅速产生甲烷和进行硫酸盐还原,培养7—8天后,两者几乎同步高速进行,乳酸氧化分解产生的电子流51%用于产生甲烷,49%消耗于硫酸盐还原。丁酸盐为基质,产甲烷和硫酸盐还原都有不同时间的滞留期,过后存在10~40mmol/L硫酸盐的均不同程度地促进甲烷产生和硫酸盐还原,产甲烷和硫酸盐还原各消耗基质50%左右的电子流,该特性与丙酸、乳酸相一致。The effect of sulfate with different conceutrations on anaerobic digestion of organic wastewater With different substrater was studied by serum-bottle batch test. when acetate was used an substrate, the higher coneentration of sulfate possessed slight inhibition to methanogensis at the earlier of incubation, however, the inhibition disappeated gradually at the middle of incubation; and the strength of sulfate reduction was weak with low yield of sulfide formed. More than of 90% of electron from acetate was used to form methane, only 3%—to reduce sulfate, when propionate as substrate, sulfate could stimulate the oxidation of propionate and methane formation and sulfate reduction. Eack of methanogensis and sulfate reduction used about 50% of electron from propionate. When lactate substrute, both of methane formation and sulfate reduction happened at high speed. 51% of electron from lactate flowed into methane and 49% into sulfide, when butyrate as substrate, both of methanogensi(?) and sulfate reduction had a lag phase, after the lag phase sulfate with 10—40mmol/L stimulated methane formation and Sulfate reduction. Each of them comsumed about 50% of electron from butyrate
