醒脑开窍针刺法与西医疗法治疗中风的疗效对比分析

摘　　要：本文通过醒脑开窍针刺法与单纯西医治疗中风的疗效比较,结果表明:针刺组治疗肢体运动功能障碍及临床主要症状的总有效率在90.00%以上,尤其对肢体瘫痪的总有效率达97.73%,明显优于西医治疗:并在恢复脑组织功能及治疗语言障碍和中枢面瘫等方面,具有特殊效果。作者还对醒脑开窍针刺法的特点加以阐述,用现代医学观点对针刺法的作用机理进行了初步研究。The therapeutic effects of the needling maneuverfor restoring consciousness and inducing resuscitationand those of pure Western medicine in treating wind-stroke were compared in this study.The results showed that in treating motor impairment of limbs andimproving clinical symptoms over 90% total effective ■te was obtained with the needling maneuver,espe-cially the total effective rate for treating paralysis of(?)mbs was up to 97.72%.This is apparently higherthan that with Western medicine.The needling ma-neuver was specifically effective in restoring the fun-ctions of cerebral tissues,treating speech disturbanceand central facial paralysis.The characteristics of theneedling maneuver were described,and the preliminaryanalysis of the mechanisms of this needling methodwere also made from the modern medicine point ofview.
