灸法治疗热证的研究进展

摘　　要：文章概述了建国以来临床应用灸法治疗热证及其原理研究情况。所治疗病症涉及内、外、皮、儿、五官、传染等二十余种,证型包括实热证和虚热证。近年来,临床研究取得新进展,部分报道设立了对照组和观察指标;实验研究表明灸法能提高机体免疫功能,增加白细胞计数,具有抑菌、退热和改善微循环的作用,为重新评价灸法的适应证提供了科学依据。Moxibustion treatment of heat syndromes in clinics and its mechanisms over the past 4 decades are reviewed historically in the present paper.The synd-romes treated by this method include more than 20kinds of diseases,covering internal,external,der-mopathic,pediatric,five organs and infectious disea-ses.The heat syndromes comprise excess and defici-ency types from the T.C.M.point of view.Recently,great progress has been made in clinical studies onthe treatment of the syndromes with moxibustion.Some researchers introduced the control and objectiveitems in their observations.The results collectivelyshow that moxibustion may activate the immunesystem,promote leukocytopoiesis,inhibit bacteria,clear heat and improve microcirculation.Thus,theresults provide scientific basis for reevaluating theindications of moxibustion.
