三伏天隔盐灸治疗小儿咳喘386例疗效观察

摘　　要：本文利用'天人相应'理论,'冬病夏治'原则治疗。大椎、肺俞、涌泉为主穴,肾虚加肾俞,痰热加丰隆,均用隔盐灸法。以年龄分组、病程分组及证型分组观察。结果,386例中,总有效率为90.4%。临床数据经统计学处理,说明年龄大小与疗效无明显关系,病程短疗效好,虚寒型疗效较痰热型疗效好。According to the T.C.M.theory of'human being corresponds with the heaven'and'treatingwinter syndromes in summer',we selected Dazhui(GV14),Feishu(BL13)and Yongquan(KII)asmaster points,on which moxibustions padded withsalt was applied,to treat asthma,Shenshu(BL 23)was added for kidney deficiency type and Fenglong(ST40)for phlegm heat type,An overall effectiverate in the 386 patients treated was up to 90.4%.The statistics also show that patients' ages have norelation with the therpeutic effects,but the courseof the disease and the curative effect were negativ-ely correlated.Furthermore,the therapeutic effectobtained in the patients with cold of insuficient typewas satisfactory.
