摘  要:结扎50只家兔冠状动脉左心室支30分钟,结扎即时给予电针“内关“10分钟,计算心室肌糖原和磷酸化酶减少和耗竭的面积,电针组存在较多的糖原和酶,与非针组之间具有显著差别。说明电针改变了缺血边缘区心肌糖原和酶的含量,因而有益于缺血的心肌。缺血后左心室腔明显扩张,而结扎后电针组左心室腔多数相似于假手术组,证明电针可加强心肌收缩力。The experiments were carried out in 50 rabbits.The left ventricular branch(LVB)of the coronaryartery was ligated for 30 minutes,and'Neiguan'area was stimulated with electroacupuncture(EA)for10 minutes immediately after the ligation.Thirtyminutes after ligating LVB,the occupation of gly-cogen in the ventricular myocardium was depletedand/or decreased by 66.67% in the control group,and by 29% in the EA group.There was a signifi-cant difference between the two groups(P<0.001).The change of phosphorylase in ischemic myocardiumwas consistent with that of glycogen.The changeprocesses of both glycogen and phosphorylase weresynchronized.After occluding LVB for 30 minutesthe cavity of the left ventricle was obviously expan-ded in the control group,but not in the EA group,in which some of the cavities were identical in dia-meter with those in the sham-operation group.Theexpansion of the left ventricle cavity due to ischemiomyocardium may decrease the contractility of theventricular myocardium.However,EA may increaseits contractility.
