齐刺加温灸、拔罐治疗梨状肌综合症40例

摘　　要：梨状肌综合症为临床常见病。笔者自1989年起运用齐刺为主配合温灸、拔罐法治疗此症40例,取得满意的效果,并与普通针法治疗梨状肌综合症进行比较,现报道如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料齐刺加温灸、拔罐组(简称齐刺组):40例中男21例,女19例;年龄最小者18岁。Forty cases of musculus periformis syndromewere treated with Qi Ci,in which one needle waspunctured at the center of the affected part withtwo needles on both sides,which was combined withwarm moxibustion and cupping.Among them 19 cases(47.5%) were cured,15 cases (37.5) markedlyimproved,and 6 cases improved.The treatmentmentioned above was compared with simple acupunc-ture (80 cases).In both groups Ashi point wasselected as the main point,which was situated at thepressure pain locas of the buttock,and the supple-mental points were added according to differen-tiation of symptoms and signs.It was observed thatthe therapeutic effeet of Qi Ci plus warm moxi-bustion and cupping was better than that of simpleacupuncture (P<0. 05).
