针刺秩边、三阴交穴治疗慢性前列腺炎脾肾两虚型的临床研究

摘　　要：本研究提出了针刺秩边、三阴交穴为治疗慢性前列腺炎脾肾两虚型的有效穴位。经临床１００例验证，并对前列腺液检查等七个项目进行针刺前后对比。总有效率达９２％，与口服复方新诺明对照组比较（Ｐ〈０．０１）有显著意义。In this study,acupuncture at Zhibian (BL 54)and Sanyinjiao (SP 6) as a therapeutic method totreat chronic prostatitis due to spleen and kidneydeficiency was tested in 100 cases,and was provedto be effective.Seven items including prostaticfluid were tested and compared before and afteracupunture.There was a statistically significant dif-ference in therapeatic effects between the patientstreated with acupuncture and those with orally ad-ministered compound sinomin(P<0.01).Besides,thepresent therapy,with the total effective rate of 92%,is side effect free and quick in producing therapeuticeffects.
