摘 要:检测正常妇女及子宫内膜异位症患者经期血浆β-内啡肽、强啡肽水平及其动物模型下丘脑、垂体β-内啡肽、强啡肽水平。结果表明:子宫内膜异位症患者β-内啡肽、强啡肽水平低于正常妇女,可能是痛经的原因之一,内异Ⅱ号缓解痛经的作用,有部分可能是通过提高外周血及下丘脑β-内啡肽水平;子宫内膜异位症动物模型下丘脑、垂体β-内啡肽、强啡肽水平与正常对照组相比有明显的不同。In order to explore the correlation between, endometriosis and β-Endorphin, Dynorphin, theβ-Endorphin and Dynorphin levels in menstrual blood of normal women and patients with en-dometriosis, and the pituitary-hypothalamic β- Endorphin and Dynorphin levels in animal modelswere determined. The results indicated: (1)The plasma β-Endorphin and Dynorphin levels in patientswith endometriosis were significantly lower than those in normal women (P<0.05); the plasmaβ-Endorphin levels in patiends with endometriosis were significantly higher after treatment ofEndometriosis Pill No. 2 (P<0.05). (2) The pituitary and hypothalamic β-Endorphin levels inuntreated group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); the hypothalamicβ-Endorphin in treated group were obviously higher than those in untreated group (108.35±35.38 and66.63±14.29 respectively). The above-mentioned results presented evidence that the low β-Endorphinand Dynorphin levels in endometriotic patients play a role in dysmenorrhea; the effect of En-dometriosis Pill No. 2 in relieving dysmenorrhea was realized through an increase of plasma andhypothalamic β-Endorphin levels. (3) The Pituitary and hypothalamic β- Endorphin levels weresignificantly different between the animal models of endometriosis and normal control groups.
