中西医结合治疗慢性肾炎疗效观察及其与血液流变学和微循环的相关意义分析

摘　　要：本文对比观察了中西医结合治疗与单纯西药治疗慢性肾炎的临床疗效,结果表明,前者缓解率及总有效率分别为79.8%和92.1%,显著高于对照组(均P<0.01)。治疗组各临床类型及各中医证型的疗效亦均明显高于对照组相对应的各型肾炎(P<0.05～0.01)。治疗组各型肾炎之血液流变学及甲皱微循环改善均较对照组为显著。两组中完全缓解加基本缓解者,该两类检查指标改善极为显著(P<0.05～0.01),而好转及无效者则无明显改善(P>0.05)。提示临床疗效与之密切相关。Patients were divided ioto two groups, 89 cases treated by combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine (TCM-WM) therapy, the other 36 served as control. Each of two groups wasfurther subdivded inio 4 clinical types and 5 Syndromes of TCM. Hemorheology and microcircula-tion were tested before and after treatment, the clincal curative effects of both groups werecompared and correlation analysis between clinical curative effect and improvement of hemo-rheology microcirculation was made. The results showed that the remission rate and totaleffective M were 79.8% and 92.1% respectively in testing group, significantly higher than those(25% and 50%) of control (P<0.05-0.01). The curative effect on each clinical type and Syndrome ofTCM was better than that on corroponding type and Syndrome of control (P<0.05-0.01). Theimprovement of hemorheology and microcirculation was more significant in testing group than thatin control It was very significant in complete and partial remission of both group(P<0.05-0.01) butnot marked in the cases of improved and ineffective cases (P>0.05). Therefore clinical curativeeffect was closely related with them. So any treatment which could improve hemorheology andmicrocirculation would be useful in treating chronic nephritis.
