二妙丸中盐酸小檗碱的溶出度测试

摘　　要：用杯法测定了二妙丸在人工胃液和人工肠液的溶出度。得到T_(50)、T_α及m两组参数,并通过F检验证明该参数间无显著性差异(P>.05),即说明上述两种释放介质对二妙丸中小檗碱的溶出无显著影响。The dissolution rate of Ermine Pills was determined by the Cup Method in artificial gastric juice and artificial intestinal juice. Parameter T_(?), Tα and n were obtained. The F value shows no significant difference in between the two groups (P>0.05), indicating that the abore two releasing media do not markedly influence the dissolution rate of Ermiao Pills.
