如意金黄散黑膏药透皮吸收示踪研究

摘　　要：采用如意金黄散的有效成分之一——小檗碱的氚标记物作示踪剂,用放射性同位素示踪法,测定了在体和离体皮肤小檗碱透皮速率和血药浓度,并进行了不同制备工艺黑膏药和不同动物皮肤对透皮速率影响的对比研究。Berberine is one of the active ingredients in Ruyi Jinhuang San Patcher. With ~3H-berberine as the tracer, a radio-labelled method was used for determining percutaneous rate and drug concentration of berberine in plasma in vivo and in vitro. A study on the percutaneous rate of different technological piasters and various animal skins was also carried out.
