荆芥炭提取物止血机理的研究

摘　　要：研究结果表明,荆芥炭提取物StE可显著缩短实验动物的PT,TT,KPTT,RT,并具有体内抗肝素作用。同时,可明显缩短ELT并增强FA。StE的止血作用是通过体内促凝血和抑制纤溶活性的双重途径来实现的。3P试验和乙醇胶试验均为阴性,排除了在大剂量使用StE时引起DIC的可能性。It has been shown that StE can significantly shorten PT,TT,KPTT and RT of experimental animals and has an antihep rin function in the body. Meanwhile, it can significantly shorten ELT and strengthen FA. Its hemostatic action is accomplished through promoting coagulation and inhibiting fibrinolysis. 3P test and EG test were negative, it is thus impossible for a large dosage of StE to lead to DIC.
