摘　　要：在单味大黄液治疗急性胰腺炎取得较好疗效的基础上,我们进行了单味大黄液治疗急性胰腺炎的实验研究。实验证明:本品安全无毒。对急性单纯性和急性坏死性胰腺炎均有确切的疗效。Prompted by clinical successes gained by the use ofRhizoma Rhei solution in the treatment of acute pancreati-tis,its mechanism was studied.The results of experimentsshowed Rhizoma Rhei solution was non-toxic and has a sig-nificant effect in treating both acute simple pancreatitis andacute necrotic pancreatitis.The available compositions ofRhizoma Rhei solution were also studied.
