半夏泻心方汤剂与散剂治疗急性热证胃痛的比较研究

摘　　要：本文报道将114例急性热证胃痛患者随机分为3组,治疗A组37例用半夏泻心方汤剂治疗,总有效率为75.68％;治疗B组35例用半夏泻心方散剂治疗,总有效率为80.00％;对照组42例用常规西药治疗,总有效率为73.81％,经统计学处理,3组总有效率无明显差异(p>0.05),但半夏泻心方散剂具有给药简便、价格低廉、无毒副作用等特点,充分显示了散剂的优越性。实验提示:半夏泻心方乙醇提取液小剂量组对小白鼠具有明显的镇痛作用(p<0.02),大剂量组镇痛作用不显著(p>0.05);大小两种剂量均能明显抑制小白鼠在体肠平滑肌的活动(p<0.01)。It was reported in the paper that 114 cases with heatsyndrome of acute stomachache were randomly divided into3 groups: treated A (37 cases), treated B (35 cases) and thecontrol group (42 cases). The two treated groups were givenBanxia Xiexin decoction and powder respectively while thecontrols were administered routine Western drugs. The over-all effective rates of the three groups were 75. 68%, 80%and 73.81% respectively. Statistical analysis showed no sig-nificant difference among the groups (p>0. 05). However.Banxia Xiexin powder is advantageous in being easy for ad-ministration, moderate in price and want of side effect. Ani-mal experiments revealed that ethanol extract of thereciperin small dose has distinct analgesic action in mice (p<0.02) but in large dose this action is not obvious (p>0.05), Both doses can markedly inhibit the activities of in-testinal smooth muscles of mice (p<0. 01).
