紫珠草静脉注射液治疗上消化道出血临床疗效的初步观察

摘　　要：本文报道以紫珠草静脉注射液为主治疗胃火、肝火犯胃、脾虚不摄三型上消化道出血32例,结果痊愈30例,有效1例,总有效率96.9％,大便隐血转阴时间平均4.2±1.1天。临庆初步证明该注射液对中医各证型及轻、中、重度上消化道出血均有较快及较高的止血效果。The use of Callicerpae Pedunculatae Injection in the treatment32 patients with upper di(?)tive tract hemorrhage, including threeclinical parterns by TCM classification known as stomach-fire. liver-fire invading the stomch and spleen fallure in governing blood is re-ported in this paper. Results showed 30 of 32 cases were deemedcured, one was effective, and the overall effective rate was 96. 9%.It took an average of 2. 4±1. 1 days of treament for the occultblood test of faces to turn negative. The results showed that the ef-fect of Callicarpae Pedunculatae Injection was a quick and reliablehemostatic tn the treatment of various degrees of upper digestivetract hemorrhage, mild, moderate or massive, regardless of patterndifferentiation of TCM.
