摘  要:介绍了撞击式冲击阀气冲机构的结构、工作原理及开启过程的运动分析,并对影响冲击阀开启初速度的主要因素进行了理论探讨和实验研究。从而得出:冲击阀开启初速度是影响dp_1/dt(尤其是刚开始进气时的升压速度)和型砂紧实效果的关键。The paper introduces the construction, working principle and motion analysis in the opening process of the impact valve of ramming type, and also the major factors affecting the initial velocity of the opening of the impact velve have been probed into theoritically and studied expermentally. Thereby it can be concluded: the initial velocity of the impact valve would be the key which would affect the velocity of reising pressure dp_1/dt (especially the velocity of raising pressure at the moment of just starting in let of air) and the effectiveness of compactness of moulding sand.
