摘　　要：本研究应用脉冲及彩色多普勒技术,通过食道心房调搏来测定心率对正常左室舒张功能各参数的影响。结果表明:正常人心率与左室舒张功能各参数均相关,其中心率与房缩期参数的相关性优于舒张早期参数的相关性。从而说明:房缩期各参数对心率的变化是敏感的。To observe the effects of heart rate (HR) increments produced by atrial pacing on the parameters of left ventricular diastolic function(LVDF), 20 normal subjects were studied by pulsed and color Doppler echocardiography. The results showed that the significant correlation was found between HR and the parameters of LVDE, in which the correlativity of the parameters of atrial contraction with HR was superior to those of early ventricular filling during left ventricle diastole. We concluded that the parameters of atrial contraction was sensitive to alterationsof HR.
