摘  要:报告使用生物骨水泥(骨水泥加脱钙骨基质)固定髋假体柄34例临床及X线观察的研究结果。经平均随访29.6月,优秀率87.9%。生物骨水泥取得满意疗效可能是由于:早期通过骨水泥达到确切的机械固定,晚期DBM诱导成骨,使新生骨组织长入骨水泥;其固定材料与宿主骨融为一体,发挥更好的衬垫作用,从而吸收机械震荡,均匀传递应力,避免应力遮挡等,达到人工关节的生物力学要求,保证髋假体柄早期机械固定和晚期生物固定。This is a prospective study on the biophysiological fixation with biological bone—cement for prosthetic stem in 34 patients during replacement of proximal femur. These patients were followed up average 29.6 (range 6—40) months postoperatively. There were excellent function holding 87.9%, which are probably due to accurate mechnical fixation by the bone—cement in the early stage and the production of large of induced bone formation by DBM. The new bone grew into the bone—cement in later stage. The fixtor and host bone fused together as one solid body. thus benifit to absorb mechanical shock and equalize transmission of stress, prevent stress concentration and stress shielding etc for the biomechanical demands. This technic can be suitable for mechanical and biophysiological fixation of the prosthetic stem in both early and later stage.
