摘　　要：报告50例心脏创伤的救治经验。其中47例为穿透伤,3例为闭合伤。46例获救,4例死亡。作者认为尽早准确判断病情,快速急救,以及选择适当的手术方法,途径是治疗成功的关键。From 1968 to 1992, fifty cases of heart wound were treated and satisfactory results were obtained. Forty—six patients were cured and four died in this series. It is emphasized that prompt first aid, accurate evaluation of the patients and reasonable choice of operating procedure are important factors that influence final results.
