锌对家兔创伤愈合的影响

摘　　要：以家兔为实验对象,切除背部皮肤、皮下组织(约占体表面积的8%),观察伤后血清锌的变化规律。按兔饲料中含锌量的不同,把兔分成低、中、高锌三组。创伤后血清锌与体重变化呈正相关。低锌组脏体比低于中、高锌组。高锌组创伤后愈合时间为40天,中锌组47天,低锌组大于63天。高锌组兔伤口瘢痕中胶原纤维多于中锌组。The changes of serum zinc and the effects of zinc on wound healing were observed in 18 rabbits with 8% wound of the total body surface on the back after trauma. These animals were divided into low zinc (L—Zn), moderate (M—Zn) and high zinc (H—Zn) groups according to the zinc concentration in the forages (zinc concentration: 3.68mg, 38.92mg and 79.90mg per kilogram forage, respectitively). The results showed that the weight restoration was positively correlated to the levels of serum zinc after trauma ; and that the ratio of organ weight to body weihgt in the L—Zn group was lower than that of the M—Zn and H—Zn groups; and that the healing times in the three groups were 63, 46.8 and 39.5 days, respectively; and that the amounts of collagenous fibers in the scars ot the H—Zn group were greater than that of the M—Zn group.
