摘  要:单次给雄鼠腹腔注射0.25μCi/g体重的M_nCl_2,注射后锰可在睾丸、脑和其它器官中测出,表明锰是能够通过血睾屏障和血脑屏障产生蓄积和滞留。锰对小鼠下丘脑、垂体-睾丸轴的毒作用是由于锰直接作用于下丘脑和睾丸组织所致,未见在垂体内沉积。资料证明,PAS-Na能与睾丸和脑组织中锰作用并有一定的排锰效果。Transfer of manganese from blood to testes and brains and other organs was demonstrated by giving a single ip injection ofMnCl_2(0.25μCi/g)to male mice.The results showed that the blood—testes barrier and blood—brain barrier were morepermeable to manganese and that manganese was more readily accumulated in the testes and branin.The toxic effects of Mn onhypothalamic—pituitary—testicular axis in male mice may result fom the direct action of manganese on hypothalamus andtestes tissues.No Mn deposit in pituitary was found.The data also indicated that the blood—testes barrier blood brain barrierwere more permeable to PAS—Na,and that manganese was effectively combined and excreted in the testes and brain.
