摘　　要：本研究应用Western印迹技术,对16名职业接触氯甲醚的工人血清中的ras癌基因产物P21蛋白进行了检测,有两人P21蛋白表达过度,出现异常结合带,且这二人均为重度吸烟者,结果提示,肺细胞很可能发生恶性变。A cohort of 16 workers exposed to chloromethyl ether was detected by a new biomarker for the presence of Ha-ras oncogene P21 protein in serum using monoclonal antibodies.The results showed that abnormal banding for the ras oncogene encoded P21 protein appeared in two individuals and both of them were heavy cigarette smokers,suggesting that their lung tissue may have the risk of malignant change.
