摘  要:本文选用可与细胞膜蛋白特异结合的化合物以及与石英表面结合的铝离子对石英粉尘的溶血机制进行了探讨。结果表明,预先与柠檬酸铝结合的石英溶血能力明显下降。预先与细胞膜带Ⅱ蛋白结合的DIDS,可以部分阻断石英的溶血能力。预先与膜蛋白和膜脂都结合的DNFB,抗石英溶血能力大大提高。提示,石英粉尘在损伤红细胞膜的过程中,对带Ⅱ蛋白的影响占有一定作用;对其它膜蛋白和膜脂的影响还需深入研究。The hemolytic mechanism of quartz dust was investigated in vitro by pre-treatment of quartz with alumini- um citrate and pre-binding of DIDS and DNFB with human erythrocyte membrane.The quartz hymolytic ability was greatly decreased by aluminium.DIDS was a specific inhibitor of membrane Band-3 protein.Prebinding of DIDS with Bnnd 3 protein decreased the quartz hemolysis to about 50%.DNFB can combine with not only Band 3 protein but also the other proteins and membrane lipids.its pre—binding with erythrocyte inhibited about 85% hemolysis caused by quartz.The results suggest that the interaction of Band-3 proteins with quartz surface may play a part in the membrane damage.The effects of quartz on membrane proteins and lipids in membrane injury need further study.
