摘 要:选工业脉冲噪声接触者(板金、锤锻、冲压和铆焊工)478人为研究对象,稳态声接触者(织布和电缆工)189人为对照。脉冲声测量与计算结果:最大线性峰值为112.0~142.6dB;标化于8h工作日的接触声级为93.7~99.8dB(A)。分别对脉冲和稳态组工人的累积接噪剂量(L_E)与4kHz的噪声性永久听阈移中值(N_0.50)之间作等级相关分析,结果相关都非常显著;而在脉冲与稳态组工人之间以L_E相同配对后,比较两组各频率的N_0.50,结果均未见明显差异。看来,常见的工业脉冲噪声对工人听觉的损害,尚符合等能量假说原理。In this study 478 workers exposed to industrial impulse noise and 189 workers exposed to steady noise wereselected as subjects and controls respectively.The maximum linear peak level of the impulse noise was 112.0~142.6 dB;the noise exposure level normalized to an 8h working day was 93.7~99.8 dB(A).The analyses of rankcorrelation between noise dose of cumulative exposure(L_E)and median noise-induced permanent threshold shiftvalue (N_(0.50))at 4kHz were made respectively.The results showed that both rank correlation were very significant.Moreover,the difference of N_(0.50)at each frequency between the impulse and steady groups,based on the same L_Ematched workers were observed.There were no significant differences in N_(0.50).It seems that the hearing loss ofworkers induced by common industrial impulse noise in basically consistent with the principle of the equal energyhypothesis.
