摘　　要：本文首先设计了能用精确数量表示力的大小和可以模拟不同作用方式的胸部挤压仪,并利用它成功地建立胸部挤压综合征动物模型,着重对其造成的脑损伤进行研究。A blunt impact system was designed to delivercrush injuries on the chest.Meanwhile this machinedisplay exact pressure and various vital parameterscould be recorded.Utilizing this apparatus,the animalmodel of crushing-chest syndrome was established andthen the brain lesion was investigated.We concluded:the whole procedure of the experimentwas classified into two stages.The first was pressure-fluctuating stage which reflected the ability to resistoutside compression;The second pressure-paralysiswhich reflected the ability of intolerance anoxia.Brainhemorrhage may occur,but not often.The main causesof animal death were brain hypoxia.
