摘 要:对上海地区48名汉族个体的基因组DNA用聚合酶链反应(PCR)扩增及对寡核苷酸探针(SSO)进行斑点杂交的方法研究了HLA-DPA1及DPB1基因分布情况。共检出DPB1等位基因9个,以0501等位基因占优势,检出率为64.6%,其次为0201及0401等位基因,检出率分别为27.1%和25.0%。结果表明,上海地区汉族群体的DPB1分布与白种人有明显不同,揭示不同人种有其自己的主要等位基因。HLA-DPA1 and-DPB1 allele frequencies in 48 unrelated Han normal individuals from Shanghai area were determined using PCR/SSO typing methods. DPA1'01 and ~*0201 were common alleles in this study. Nine DPB1 alleles were detected in this panel among them. HLA-DPB1~* 0501 allele was the most frequent allele in this panel possessed by 64.6% of individual, followed by HLA-DPB1~* 0201 (27.1%), 0401 (25.0%), 0202(14.6%), 0301 (10.4%), and 1701 only present with frequencies less than 10%. The results in this study are in broad agreement with the reports on other oriental populations and very different from Caucasian studies.
