转基因小鼠TG·SA 781的Cα等位基因的鉴定和表达

摘　　要：鉴定了人μ链转基因小鼠TG·SA 781个体的两个C_α等位基因,核苷酸序列分析表明它们是两种小鼠C_α基因的同种异型,分别来源于培育这一转基因小鼠品系的FVB/N和C57BL/6小鼠。它们均可与转入的人μ基因可变区相连接而表达一种嵌合mRNA,但两个等位基因使用的频率有很大差别。讨论了嵌合mRNA产生的可能机理。Two Ca alleles of the μ chain transgenic mouse TG. SA781 individual were identified. Nucleotide sequence analysis showed that they were allotypes of mouse Ca gene, coming from the FVB/N and C57BL/6 mouse strains by which this transgenic strain was established. Both of the alleles were employed in conjunction with the variable region of the transgene to form a chimeric mRNA, but the frequencies of their expression had great difference.
