摘　　要：本文分别研究了若干理想不规则度表面和理想波纹度表面的形貌特征参数与它们的基本形貌参数之间的关系,在此基础上研究了含波纹不规则度表面的形貌特征参数与其不规则度和波纹度分量的形貌特征参数的关系,并研究了上述各类理想表面的形貌特征参数与采样间隔的关系。The relations between the characteristic parameters of topography of several real irregu- lar surfaces and ideal waviness surfaces and their foundation topographic parameters are studied respectively in this paper. Based on this, the relations of characteristic parameters of topography between irregular surfaces containing waviness and its eomposits of irregularity and waviness are also studied. The sampling effects on the characteristic parameters of topog- raphy of all ideal surfaces are studied.
