清理肠道汤治疗急性泄泻166例疗效分析

摘　　要：用清理肠道汤治疗急性泄泻166例,其中临床治愈106例(占63.86％);显效44例(占26.51％);好转11例(占6.63％);无效5例(占3.01％);总有效率为96.99％。临床将急性泄泻分湿热、寒湿及伤食泻三型。本方对湿热型泄泻效果最佳。与黄连素片对比,本方在止泻、缓解腹痛、解毒、利湿等方面,均优于黄连素片。两组对比有显著差异(p<0.05)。The therapeutic effect of Cleaning Intestine Decoction in treatment of 166 cases of acute diarrhea was presented. Clinical result showed that there were 106 cases cured completely (63.86%), 44 cases with obvious effect (26.51%), 11 cases effective (6.63%) and 5 cases ineffective (3. 01%). So the totol effective rate was 96.99%. Generally, the diarrhea was divided into three types: damp-heat, damp-cold and 'shang shi' diarrhea according to traditional Chinese medical theory. It was suggested that the best effect of Cleaning Intestine Decoction in the treatment of the damp-heat diarrhea would be obtained. Comparing with the effect of berberine treated group, this recipe was much better in stopping diarrhea, abating bellyache, relieving poison and cleaning damp. There was a significant difference between the two groups statistically (p<0.05).
