肾脏疾病患者肾功能与血清β_2-微球蛋白浓度的关系(附117例病例分析)

摘  要:测定117例肾脏疾病患者及50例正常的肾功能及血清β_2-微球蛋白(β_2-MG)浓度。结果表明:连续性不卧床腹膜透析(CAPD)、血液透析(HD)组β_2-MG均非常显著高于正常组(p<0.01);CAPD组β_2-MG非常显著低于HD组(p<0.01),HD无清除β_2-MG作用;HD患者24h尿量>500ml组β_2-MG非常显著低于<500 ml组(p<0.01);肾病组血清β_2-MG浓度与肌酐清除率呈极密切负相关(r=-0.9688),与血尿素氮、血清肌酐浓度呈极密切正相关(r分别为0.9984,0.9836)。Serum concentration of β_2-microgolbulin (β_2-MG) was measured in patients of kidney diseases with continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD) and hemodialysis (HD). The results indicated β_2-MG of kidney diseased patients treated with CAPD and HD was significantly higher than that of the normal control (p<0. 01). In the group treated with CAPD, β_2-MG was significantly lower than those treated with HD (p<0.01). The β_2-MG wasn't cleared out in the group of patients treated with HD whose urine outputs was more than 500 ml/24h. The β_2-MG was significantly lower than that of urine outputs less than 500 ml/24h (p<0.01). Serum concentration of β_2-MG in patients with kidney diseases was negatively correlated with the crcatinine clearance (Ccr) (r=-0.9688) and it was positively correlated with the blood urea nitrogen (BUN) (r=-0.9984) and serum creatinine (Scr) (r=0. 9836).
