摘　　要：应用波谱及GC-MS 等方法从海绵Hircinia variabilis 中分离鉴定出胆甾醇、24-甲基胆甾醇及24,26-二甲基胆甾醇等3种甾醇.The chemical constituents of marine sponge Hircinia variabilis collectedfrom Hainan Island have been studied.This paper reports the isolation and iden-tification of three sterols,i.e.,cholesterol,24-methyl-cholesterol and 24,26-dimethylcholesterol by means of spectroscopies and GC-MS.
